To obtain the password for viewing and printing out the "Governing Documents" and "Meeting Agendas" (i.e. CC&R's, Bylaws and Rules & Regulations):
- Go to your monthly HOA statement that you receive in the mail from Powerstone Property Management.
- Go to the section in the middle of your statement that says "Website access: www.thecapeatcalaverahills.org ..."
- You will find the password at the end of the sentence in this section.
- Now click the BLUE button below to enter the password.
Please note that this is NOT your Powerstone Property Management account password. Your registration password for Powerstone is found towards the bottom of the middle section of your HOA statement.
